now, on the tax law. this is also an impediment. i have heard from small business owners and community hospitals that this is harmful. small businesses do not want to get over 50 employees, and somewhat to make some of their employees part-time, and that will make others have to get jobs part-time. i do think it ought to be repealed and replaced. some provisions are good in it. i think covering children of to age 26 on a parental policy is good, especially since one- third of the kids graduating from college in this weak economy are having to move back home. i think we have to have affordable and portable health savings accounts, where people can take them from job to job. with the northern virginia technology council, some folks have had three jobs before age 30. that is a good idea. and they ought to be able to band together across state lines and have more competition, more toys, and affordable health care, and i think we ought to allow the states greater flexibility in managing medicaid, and i'd think they will do the more effic
